Space: 

Faculty and University related groups may reserve the BIC for instruction or group project by calling (574) 631-9098, or by sending and email to bic@nd.edu.

Supporting Software: 

The BIC offers word processing, spreadsheet, and other business applications to support the BIC products.

Access: 

Users include members of the University community with primary service to the faculty and students of the Mendoza College of Business.  Access by non-University groups is premitted; however, services may be limited due to the contractual agreements.

Equipment: 

• Twenty-nine Pentium-class PCs, running Windows XP, are avaialable for use within the BIC.

• Two SmartBoard™ interactive whiteboards.

• Flatbed Scanner

The Fujitsu fi-5220C scanner offers outstanding performance. It scans in color, grayscale and monochrome at duplex speeds up to 50 ipm and features 600 dpi optical resolution for incredible image quality. The Fujitsu fi-5220C scanner is the only workgroup class unit that offers ultrasonic double feed detection and long document scanning support (up to 34 inches). This scanner features hard card scanning capability (ISO7810 standard) and embossed card scanning through the main automatic document feeder.

 

Print Materials: 

Printed materials such as manuals, dictionaries, guidelines, etc. are limited to those supporting the BIC collection, databases or services.  The MBA Career Library is available in the BIC.
