• Got lost in the examples might have helped to have examples on handouts.
• It’s good – lots of info may need a follow up session after I try it out at home.
• I would recommend listing objectives up front and a break in the middle. Class felt a little long with so much information.
• A little more energy.
• Go slower so people can follow everything.

• Great Resources.
• Most of the dozen or so companies that researched in the Gale site were not up to date. Some were way of the work.
• Presenter was nice and answered questions.
